About
Charlotte studied painting at Grays School of Art and went on to draw intensively for a year in London, spending time drawing outside in parks and gardens, and working on-site across all the public museums and galleries. She has been an art tutor for young people, and has worked in colourmen's store L. Cornelissen & Son in Bloomsbury, assisting artists and gaining invaluable knowledge in raw art materials, traditional techniques and working with different mediums.
All her paintings are heavily influenced by drawings of changing forms and structures in nature. Subtropical greenhouses, temperate climates and national parks have inspired recent bodies of work.
